PAL promotes positive competition and teamwork through tackle football. Open to boys ages 7-14, this program will help build stamina and strength in addition to teaching fundamentals of catching, passing and physical contact. This program is affiliating with Jacksonville Pop Warner Association.

Requirements
PAL requires copies of the participant's birth certificate and last report card for registration, along with a completed Sports Registration Form.  Youth with a GPA below 2.0 are required to attend tutoring in order to be eligible for competition. Certified teachers provide several tutoring sessions during the week at all PAL locations. All football participants must receive a physical which must be documented on a official Pop Warner form.
