Requirements
PAL requires copies of the participant's birth certificate
and last report card for registration, along with a
completed
Sports Registration Form. Youth with a GPA below
2.0 are required to attend tutoring in order to be eligible
for competition. Certified teachers provide several tutoring
sessions during the week at all PAL locations.

WINTER BASKETBALL: 
Football league to bring no-contact flag football to the
youth of Jacksonville. NFL FLAG is the premier youth
football league for boys and girls ages 5 - 17. The program
provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to
engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning
lessons in teamwork. Teams play one game per week on
Saturday. Practices are scheduled by team coaches and are
usually 1-2 times per week on weekday evenings. The season
is 7-8 weeks long, including playoffs. All participants
receive uniforms and awards.
