Sheriff's Cup Charity Golf Classic
Each year, Sheriff John Rutherford hosts a special golf tournament for the Police Athletic League of Jacksonville. For nearly ten years, this well attended event at Deerwood Country Club, has allowed us the opportunity to raise funds - and all proceeds go directly to PAL for site improvements, uniforms, training, and equipment for the youth of our hometown.

Shannon Miller Kids Marathon
The Shannon Miller Kids’ Marathon has partnered with the Police Athletic League (PAL) of Jacksonville, Florida to get youth involved with physical fitness and making healthy lifestyle choices. Kid’s ages 7-14 will run or walk 25 miles over a 12 week period. The last 1.2 miles will be run on Race Day. 25 miles of dedication, 1.2 miles of celebration at the Jacksonville Landing.
